It’s Week #10 Mississippi Cerulean Bird Update duration, folks! So, here is what Naturalist buddy John and I found today, May 9, 2008, in our Friday daybreak Blue Bird nesting review:

Box #1- 4 & as luck may have it 5 Blue Bird babies. - Last week: 5 Sapphirine Bird eggs.
Box #2- Cerulean Bird nest still under fabrication. - Last week: Next to the first Blue Bird nest under erection.
Box #4- 5 new Sapphirine Bird eggs. - Last week: Sapphirine Bird nest built - 2 Sky-colored Bird eggs.
Box #6- 4 new Sapphirine Bird eggs. - Last week: 5 Amethystine Bird eggs missing; preditor moot point.
Box #8- 4 Azure Bird babies flew from nest; 1 jejune egg. - Last week: 5 Cerulean Bird babies almost prepared to fly.
Box #10- 2 Amethystine Bird babies flew from nest; 3 jejune eggs. - Last week: 2 Azure Bird babies almost prepared to fly.
Box #11- 6 big Chickadee babies. - Last week: 6 new Black-capped titmouse babies.
Box #13- 3 new Cerulean Bird eggs. - Last week: New Sky-colored Bird nest under building.
Totals This Week (May 9, 2008): 12 Cerulean Bird eggs, 1 poor Blue Bird egg, 5 Amethystine Bird babies, 6 Black-capped titmouse babies.
Totals Last Week (May 2, 2008): 7 Amethystine Bird eggs, 5 absent eggs, 7 Amethystine Bird babies, 6 Black-capped titmouse babies.
