Update on the mink kit

Hasn't he grown into a stunningly well-proportioned young man? What an self-determined sweetheart - how I hanker I could physically hug him :-)

I own to being just a small nervous when I hadn't heard from the mistress for a while, hoping that it wasn't because the tiny one had died so I was absolutely pleased to get her email and see the photo she sent.

She reported that she'd taken him to the Zoo Zoom to live because she couldn't gaze after him herself and putting him back into the undomesticated wasn't an preference as he was a friendly, hanging little created being. She'd done a lot of research of wildlife sanctuaries around Louisiana and sharp Zoo Zoom because they would create him into a little minx-otter ambassador and when they showed him to all the kids, they would also instruct the kids about minks. Sounds allied a good pattern to me!

Poor matron said she cried all the way back place of abode after she dropped him off, because she'd become so attached to him. I'm not surprised, having raised him since he was a diminutive tot -- it must have been so emotional to have to give him to someone else but I'm fully convinced she made the right selection.

So, if any of my readers chance to live in Louisiana and get to see Zoo Zoom, please keep your eye out for the minute mink and if you do get to grasp him, please give him a hug from me :-)
